Snaback to workout with your baby
Well, as I said before and I’ll say it again time management has been a crucial aspect in getting my snap back. So sometimes I have to workout and bring the baby. It works out perfectly because baby’s at Amelia stage need to practice their mobility and developmental skills so doing a fun workout with mommy is mutually beneficial. Hubby and I have also picked it up a notch, running just about everyday to the park and back, for a total of about 3 miles. And having ADarryl come out to teach voicefit has helped me to take my breathing to the next level and keep it under control.
I mainly focused on lots of cardio this week. Building up my leg and core strength. I started strong this week, so I think I’ve gotten passed the mental part of getting through an actual workout daily. I did take a mental break in the middle of the week to just relax and catch up on some sleep. Waking up at 330a every morning takes a toll on the body physically and especially mentally. However I realized the more I workout the more it keeps me on my toes and ready mentally for the week. By the time the end of my week hit, me and Amelia were single and modulating for voicefit class with ADarryl, singing twinkle twinkle little star. Amelia had a blast the entire time. Lifting her repeatedly kept a smile on her face and gave her plenty of energy. I was exhausted but it definitely pushed me to the next level. When your doing it to keep your family healthy and they are their with you during the workout, there can’t be anything more inspiring. I thoroughly enjoyed working out this week and have learned to bring the fun back into my workouts.
Special shout to all the women who have been checking in to share their SnapBack stories and where they are o their journies. The workout is much easier when you have virtual inspiration!
