Working out the quick and easy way
Today I did a speed work out with Adam Rosante of Cosmobody that lastest about 15 minutes and boy was it intense! Either way it goes, you’ve gotta make the time to get a workout in but truth be told, we are just all soooo busy. So I figured I’d take a a few minutes with Adam on cosmobody.com to make my calories work today. He is super personable and it actually feels like your working out with him in the same room, plus he’s super easy on the eye ladies…just sayin! Here are a few things I learned from him to make it work.
1. Set your schedule.
2. Fire up your metabolism with intervals.
3. Be comfortable with your workout.
4. Think about other things while you work out.
5. Don’t regret anything you do while your not working out.
