What to do with your protein shake
Just last night rapper Busta Rhymes gave us a taste of his protein shake when he eligibly threw it at a fitness trainer at his gym. Apparently he was told that he was unable to record his workouts at the gym and all protein loose.
All jokes aside if your looking for something different to do with your protein shake,you can try a few things. Because let’s face it, most protein shakes don’t taste that great. However, we all know that we need the protein intake, so it’s a catch 22. But think about if for a second.
What can you do to your shake?
#1 Add fruit to hide the unbareable taste of the protein powder.
#2 Add more water to lighten the flavor up.
#3 Try some extra milk to make it more of a shake.
#4 Pick the right flavor. They say chocolate may be the best taste for hidden the extra ingredients.
#5 Try another brand that may be more appropriate for your taste buds.
#6 Add extra ice so it’s a fun filled crunchy shake. Especially if your not one to take a liking to milky products.
These methods should keep your taste buds buzzing and thirsting for more protein. If not, then try it the Busta Rhymes way. Only remember, you’ll be spending some hours in jail like him. Yikes! Keep your health, heart, and pocketbook in check!
