Snapback journey week 2

It’s the second week and it hasn’t been easy. Throwing some different scheduling and a big concert we had this weekend kind of threw my schedule off. Sunday I was pretty tired so I didn’t do much of a work at all. Monday and Tuesday were the same. By Wednesday I knew I had to get back in the game. The whole day went by and I did not get a workout in yet by the time 6 o’clock hit I knew I had to get started. So I cut my side hustle short and I went home to the gym. I ended up getting on the treadmill for about 25 minutes which was just fine for me to get going for the next day. And like I said it by the next day I was ready to go by the time I got off work in the morning I was ready to hit that gym. Jumped on the treadmill and did some work with the ball and dumbbells with little Almelia along with me. By the time Friday came, I was in a better mood and my energy was flowing. Adarryl came to my gym to work out and put me into the voice fit mode. We did some voice coaching and body work out at the same time. Very interesting and new, it kept my mind going and my body. Yes sure I was completely out of breath and winded because we turned the work out into a high-intensity workout. I pulled a muscle in my left thigh by the end of the work out so that’s how I know I definitely got a good one in. When it burns it works!
