Trim those Thighs

It’s winter time. So we tend to get a little lax when it comes to working out our thighs. But we all know that they tend to grow just around the holidays. The great part is that when you work your legs you are working your entire body. Since your legs are the biggest muscle in your body, it’s a no-brainer.
It’s so easy to lose sight of your thighs when you’re wearing jeans all winter long. That’s why it’s very important to keep your workout game tight, so that when spring rolls around you are all ready to go.

I put this quick video together to show you just a few easy workouts to keep the thighs in check during the winter. You can do simple squats along with these workouts in addition to what you already do daily. If you try each one of these workouts each leg for 30 seconds you should be golden. The other thing I really like about doing legwork is that you are burning but you’re not sweating profusely. You get a nice deep sweat and burn along with the work out. Most people concentrate on their stomach not realizing that the legs are helping the stomach work as well. Focus on the leg since it is your biggest muscle in your body and all will work itself out. This is the best way to trim those thighs during the holidays. If you include this in your daily with some cardio, all should fall into place.
