It’s that time of the day and you want to binge eat because its already been a stressful week, so why not do it right?! Well, not quite!
Some junk food we eat actually can be healthier, if we figure out the best way to eat it. Too often we binge or indulge and don’t realize we are using up calories that really don’t need to be used. Or we just aren’t getting the nutrition we need through this particular junk food we choose. So how do we satisfy that craving for junk food, yet still get the nutrients we need to keep our bodies going? By eating the healthiest junk food choices. Trying to be a bit more conscious of the food you put in your body will help you out a little. Just remember to add something healthy in your binge and you’ll be just fine. 1. Chocolate bars are fine as long you have a few healthy nuts in there.
2. Even a burger is ok, as long as you add lots of lettuce and little mayo.
3. Pizza is actually one of the healthiest junk foods because it contains all food groups, IF you add meat and vegetables, of course.
4. Potato chips are fine too, as long as you get the baked kind.
5. Believe it or not, you can even eat ice cream. But you just have to stay away from adding toppings like whip cream, syrups, etc.
6. You could take the extra step and eat french fries, well homemade french fries, to be exact.
Treat your body good and stay healthy by giving it the nutrients it needs. Keep your mind right and indulge when you want to, just do it the right way. If your body is craving something then give it to your body. It’s never what, it’s always how!!
