Rob Kardashian Juicing the pounds off
Rob Kardashian has been in the news lately for his weight loss and relationship with Blac Chyna.
However Rob wasn’t always in the limelight like his sisters. After his dramatic weight gain, he hid away from the cameras and was never seen. This is was also seen in various episodes of the Keeping Up With the Kardashians. During season 7, we see his sister Khloe begging Rob to get help; “It’s not normal that you’re refusing the best help,” Khloe, 30, says to Rob on the phone. “What’s the right way? You leave every facility we take you to.”
There’s a big connection with weight and emotional health. What we saw with Rob was a lack of confidence and no drive that was controlled by his weight. Many people also have this similar problem. You pack on the pounds, you lose your confidence and likely want to spend less time in public situations. But in a study published by Psychological Science, researchers found that there’s a specific personality trait that people who gain weight develop.
So the question is… How can one fix the issue?
Well, Rob finally most recently went on a juicing diet and a low carb diet that helped him lose weight. It seems like the most popular way to lose weight is juicing these days.
