Overcoming Depression: Rob Kardashian
Is hasn’t been a secret that Rob Kardasian has been going through tough times these last couple of years. Contrary to his infamous Kardahsian sisters and there limelight, he on the other hand has tried to stay away from the cameras for some time now. With the recent delivery of his first baby with fiance Blac Chyna, you would think things would be on the up and up for him. However Rob’s struggle with constant weight gain, depression and unhealthy relationship supposedly led to his recent public meltdown. Dealing with the struggles of depression is one that you have to be very careful with, one that should be private moments for you and your family. For the Kardashian clan, that’s nearly impossible, even if Rob tries to hide…the cameras seems to always find him. So the question is how does a celebrity deal with their own struggles when the cameras are not going away?

2. Do things to make you feel good, participate in activities that you enjoy.
3. Move vigorously during the day, don’t sit for too long. Your could wander to a place of sadness if you’re sitting more than an hour.
4. Learn about mood changing foods and diets, such as omega-3 fats.
5. Educate yourself on depression, read a book or articles (such as this one) about what is, where it comes from and how to overcome it.
6. Challenge negative thinking. Stay away from things or people that bring upon negative thoughts/memories. This could trigger the very thing that put you into a depression state of mind.
7. Get your daily dose of sunlight. It is said that getting your vitamin D from sun can change your mood and divert it to more positive thoughts.
