Making a smoothie and juicing

Heyyyyyy gorgeous.. Power to all of you for checking us out. It’s a good thing you did because we have a giveaway today.
Last week we spoke about too much of anything can get tiring and then boredom may set in.  So I took my own advice and went shopping elsewhere. No farmers markets available just yet, but the next best thing was this whole supermarket.  Catch my drift?
With no list and shopping ideas in my head I was launched to produce stardom. Like flash with a free ticket to shop for food, I was all set.

This all started while at an event down south in Atlanta. I came across some wonderful and inspiring people who lit a spark that pushed me through a slump. All good. I’m well, healthy, living happily.

So I walked up to this vendor and immediately felt everything at once. All Positive vibes. Insane. Have you ever felt such a presence in one individual? I’m telling you it was like the Holy hand of happiness. With all of this in mind,  I of course,  went to work. Worked on getting my fruits and veggies into my body.

First, I’d like to clarify that there is a significant difference between making a smoothie and juicing. The difference lies in absorption of nutrients. Smoothies provide fiber and must go through a longer process to get absorbed. While juicing allows the body to take in the nutrients from the juice right away with no lag per se. So both have benefits. With all this in mind and because I’m always keeping money in your pocketbook I have some cool news. It just feels good to be open minded and I really was inspired by Rawesome Juicery. First person to comment gets hooked up with a smoothie coupon to Rawesome Juicery!
