How to get rid of heartburn

If you drink alcohol, eat fried/spicy foods, and lots of tomato based foods then you probably know a thing or 2 about heartburn. And since we want to know how to get rid of heartburn then we have to keep our health right. Understanding your health will get you to think way more positive and forget about that heartburn. If you’ve tried every piece of relief on the planet and it just doesn’t get any better then don’t keeping trying.After all thats’ just insanity! We don’t mean to be so blunt, but why keep feeding your body meds that its’ resisting. Try these simple home remedies that should make you feel a lot more comfortable in an ‘all natural‘ kind of way:

 

1. A half a teaspoon of baking soda in a full cup of water will be sure to flush that heartburn out…if you know what we mean.

2. Aloe juice is said to heal heartburn just like aloe lotion soothes a sunburn.Try it!

3. Chew some gum to help gravity flow of your food.

4. Don’t lay down after you eat…PERIOD!

5. Try 3 teaspoons or 1 tablespoon of raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar and 6 to 8 ounces of fresh water to build the acid in your stomach.

6. Apples relieve discomfort before bed.

7. Gingerroot helps reduce all different problems in your stomach overall, so its always a good source.

8. Munching on some almonds! They seem to neutralize the juices in your stomach.
