Hobbies that can change your frame
Hobbies can give balance in your everyday lifestyle. Spending the day with family and friends is great but, have you thought about a hobby to improve your body frame and lose weight like ballet?
On September 10th Kelly Ripa, 48-year-old, helped break a Guinness World Record for the Most Ballet Dancers En Pointe Simultaneously. Over the course of August, the television personality used social media to rally 200 other dancers to join her for breaking the record. Before, Ripa big day she posted an update to her followers she has her en pointe down pack!
Ripa is insanely busy being a personality host on “Live with Kelly and Ryan” and a beautiful mother of three! But, she makes time for hobbies, she has been getting her self prepared for weeks learning to hold en pointe, so she could pull off the record. Ripa does not only en pointe like a pro, ballet is not the only exercise she is doing she also, love to dance. Kelly Ripa personal trainer told PopSugar Fitness that dancing is Kelly favorite workout and she knows 75 choreographies. Dancing is good for your soul and the brain! Dancing can help with health benefits and it is easy and accessible way to exercise for most people. for example it can improve condition of your heart and lungs, increase muscular strength, endurance and motor fitness. It strengthens your bones and reduces risk of osteoporosis and of course gives you better coordination, agility and flexibility.
I do not know about you but, I hope Kelly Ripa encouraged us all to get a hobby not only to help improve our body fame or to lose weight.
