Are You Ready for the Summer?

The summer time is right around the corner and you know what that means, bikini,short shorts, tank tops and sun dresses season. If you’re anything like me then you don’t like to stay hot, love being around water,  and at the beach or the pool. The summer time is when you get to show off all the hard work you put in the gym during the winter time. Are you ready? Do you have that summer body ready and how you really want it? If you’re not quite there yet don’t worry you still have time, it’s crunch time. There are a lot of great quick fitness plans that can help you achieve the goals just in time to get into your favorite bathing suit. If there is a specific part of your body that you need to work on to get your perfect body then I have some solutions for you.

The most challenging part of the body that is very stubborn and hard to lose or tighten up is none other than the stomach or some may call it their “gut.” Being that there is only a couple of weeks before things start to heat up outside, an ab challenge would be the perfect solution to tone up.

#1 The Ab challenge usually start off slow with a set amount of ab workouts and gradually picks up day by day. By the end of the challenge you will have no problem completing it. This is a fast way to get the 4-pack you’ve always wanted.

Another popular area on the body is the gluteus, it seems that every woman wants the perfect perky gluteus maximus muscle in laments terms, the butt.  Guess what, there’s some quick work outs for that too.

#2 A thirty day squat challenge would be a great way to get that perky toned up bottom. Squats are not only a good way to target your gluts, it also helps with your core.

Now if you’re looking for something to target the whole body, then you may want to look up a quick four week boot camp.

#3 A boot camp is very good because it gets you the results you want fast. Keep in mind because it is a boot camp the workouts will be very intense, however if your goal is to be ready for the summer then this will be perfect for you.

To get the perfect Beach Body you have to be ready to put in the work, especially if you’ve waited until now to start. Remember its not impossible, it can happen. I hope that these tips will help you get that summer time fine body you want just in time for your perfect bikini!
