Oh am I having an amazing time with this workout! As I scrolled through some of the workouts with Katia who does the ‘smokin’ hot dance,’ where she teaches you some ballet moves mixed with hip hop, I felt like I was working out with a friend. I took my time to work out with Astrid for the ‘make him jealous cardio’ workout. And trust me if you’ve ever had a break up or a bad ex then you’ll be very motivated to workout with her. Ways to be motivated to work out at home:

1. Do it with Cosmobody
2. Find your perfect match and personality to workout with.
3. Stay consistent!
4. Schedule your day out and fit the time in for workout.
