Bring Italian food to your kitchen

We come to you, all the way from Venice, Italy. Of course we can’t always just hop on a plane and take a trip to Italy. So I figured we could bring italian food to your kitchen.

There’s good food and plenty of it at any given corner in Italy. Around some alleys and over some bridges to come across a small corner shop away from all of the tourist. During my trip there, I head in to grab a coffee and use the WiFi only to see that this place is not only a bar, but also the most simple sandwich shop. When in Rome, although we are in Venice, eat like the locals.

WHERE TO GET IT

There’s nothing better then fresh Italian bread sliced, Parma ham, also known as Prosciutto, and mozzarella cheese, toasted on a press. This amazing fresh sandwich is just how it is.  You could find the bread in your local deli. Or try and make your own at home. Stop at the local grocery store and pick up a fresh loaf that you can take home and slice on your own.  Get a pound of Prosciutto and a pound of Mozzarella cheese. Sometimes they don’t carry Mozzarella cheese at the grocery store. In that case you can look in the cheese case for it already packaged. Now that should do the trick. Mangia!
