Breakfast made with avocado
It seems like you can pretty much place a piece of avocado on any plate…right?! Only, that’s not really as true as we want it to be. Here at the man cave we usually try and stick a piece of avocado on our lunch or dinner plate, just like most restaurants you go to.
Up until today we’ve been placing avocado on our plate for the wrong meal time. So I decided to use a breakfast made with avocado only. After trying this recipe, you may not want to eat avocado any part of the day other then breakfast. But here’s the deal, avocado is extremely good for your skin, heart, cholesterol levels, and has plenty of fiber so either way we are #WINNING!
So let’s hop right in! I woke up craving an amazing and healthy meal so I spotted the avocado on my countertop and new I had to use it or lose it. So I cracked open a couple of eggs, lightly stir fried veggies:
Tomato
Potato
Mushrooms
Green pepper
And I sliced up some whole grain bread. It was supper easy! I cooked my eggs the poached way and added some ground pepper, oil, and garlic to my stir fried veggies and it was game time. Only thing left was to cut my avocado in half and peel the skin, then add it to my plate. This right here was meal heaven and definitely made the rest of my day without a doubt!
