Down and out from the weekend with nothing leftover but lost nutrition. How about that. Partied hard, ran errands till you dropped, faught off the other Christmas shoppers, went to bed late. Well well well, you’re not super human after all. OK well what if I told you that I had something that’s not so cooked, not so readily available off the shelf, and it totally felt great. Well I did. I treated myself to a juicy bloody mary. Tis the season anwyays, am I right? Now this can go two ways and that is either virgin or full of vodka. What’s exactly in a bloody Mary and how can it help with a little pick me up. We’ll there’s quite a few ways to build yourself a bloody mary. There’s the premix virgin, premix alcohol, freshly made virgin and alcohol.

The goodness to your heart is readily there in the bloody mary. Main ingredients are tomato juice which is filled after all else has been added.
So vodka first for the alcohol version or leave it out of you have to drink at work.
You see a bloody Mary has many benefits because of the vegetable content. You can say that a V8 juice or tomato juice was one of the first juices before the juicing craze.

The following are instructions to make your drink.

There’s also a pre-made mix, but I don’t recommend it at all. This is to be made fresh.

Determine whether you would like it spicy or not.

Just 2 dashes to the following:
Worcestershire sauce
Black pepper
Salt or celery salt
Hot sauce like Tobasco

To your taste you may add Horseradish to kick it up on the spice level.

Tomato juice fill

Vodka 1.5 ounces

Grab fresh celery and add to your drink as an edible garnish.

If you don’t like tomato juice, then perhaps adding all of the aforementioned ingredients will flavor it to your liking.

Not so bad on the pocketbook and pretty good for your health.

Drink up, feel refreshed, and comment as you see fit below.
