I have four kids and work a lot, I try to be healthy, fresh fish, fresh vegetables, fruit and I drink a lot of water. 5. Join a network of friends, a group, or church.
6. Get at least 7-9 hours of sleep every night.
7. Workout, meditate, or do yoga.
8. Find a new hobby or simply do something you enjoy.

The balance is what you do to enhance positive experiences through these aspects along with the flow at which you can do this. If you shift your perspective and find the inner being of what you want out of life spiritually you will find it. The benefit of having a balanced life is that you can live life in a state of freedom.
