Graduate of the Connecticut School of broadcasting, Tabitha aka Tabby Kat works with freelance entertainment groups and sports teams. She currently does color commentary for Georgia Tech Women’s Basketball games, handles PR & Social Media content for the Atlanta Dream WNBA team, and is the sideline reporter and fill-in arena host for the #1 ranked 2017 regular season Georgia Swarm professional lacrosse team. Tabitha loves trying new fitness gyms and sharing them with us on Work it Out Wednesdays. She has worked on her fitness for many years, understanding the importance of meeting the right goals for a healthy mind and body. Image Angel Pro- There are three words that best describes Angel Rodriguez of Image Angel Pro, that’s Family, Food and Art! His recent years in photography have helped him elaborate the abstract pieces of work he has seen around the world and in the inner city parts of the New York Tri-state area. Amongst his photos of Art and family are his love for food. He has a passion for keeping his soul clean and replenishing his body with what we need to stay healthy. It all takes place in his New Jersey based kitchen. Angel stirs up all the recipes for Man Cave Monday and gets our fellas some assistance in the kitchen. Raising his children gluten free and always pretty active in sports and other outdoor activities like rock climbing, he has truly grown a love for eating healthy foods and shares them with us every Monday from his Man Cave.
