Curate a healthy sandwich
Good Daaay Sunshine! Good Daaay Sunshine! Come on sing along it is the most absolutely gorgeous Monday that has surfaced in 2016 thus far. Without further ado the Earth has finally brought us spring. Thank the the weather God’s and of course the Westerly winds and perfect atmospheric pressure because we should all be grateful for this glorious day. It is definitely such a feeling to pop up out of bed like the season it is and grab some charcoal because it is about that time. Today’s amazing pallet of satisfaction is so open that it will have you feeling like you can just do about anything. So come on head to your most favorite activity with full speed and share the love of the day with someone.
So how about that openness and feeling to persevere into new ideas specifically ones that cleanse , create, and bring happiness to your palate.
It is interesting to stop and wonder what brings us so much joy. Scientifically speaking, it’s vitamin D. Sure it can easily be taken in with a pill or simply getting some time out in the Sun. We have endured this past winter, hung out indoors, accepted less sunlight, and drained our bodies without this necessary nutrient. Although now it’s time to make things right and grab a whole fresh start to this day in season.
What better to keep an open mind then a healthy sandwich. Whole grain toasted breads , quality cream cheeses, smoked salmon, multi green herb salads, avocados, and hemp seed make water slides in your mouth. Yes, you should be feeling this mouth watering meal.
Put this combo together to make your coworkers envious and depressed about their store bought lunches. Then use that money you saved in your pocketbook to grab a fresh cocktail at happy hour. Yaaaas cavers, because spring has sprung.
