Maintain a healthy diet
I hope everyone had a blessed week and made strides to reach their personal goals. Thanks again for the support and the follows. It is appreciated and not overlooked.
We, at Mancave, were seriously thinking about all of our followers and who you are. Everyone has life problems to deal with and we all roll with the punches to get through them everyday. What I am getting to is this, without our health, we are just here making it, but there’s a difference to living out each day and living just to get by. If anyone reading this has hit a bump in the road, we empathize. Here’s an example, for instance, diabetes and the disease by which the body has a shortage of insulin, a disability to use insulin or possibly both. This happens because a person’s immune system has destroyed the insulin producing cells. A large part in the occurrence of insulin has to do with diet and exercise. So how can we maintain a healthy diet.
One of the most simplest of all transitions or changes to a person’s diet has to do with the tools to cook and prepare food. Instead of frying, whether it be pan fried, deep fried, and stir fried, an individual could bake their food. In other words, baked omelettes, baked potatoes, baked chicken, and baked fish. It might take a bit longer, but the ideal flavor of the food is absorbed into the food just as good depending how it was seasoned.
Today’s super tasty dish consists of baked salmon. Ultra high in nutritional content and fats. Remember everything is baked. For all of you no-time to cook people, I’ll share some nutritional killing recipes someone in the upcoming paragraphs. No, I’m not going to make it that easy for you. I’d like to see you bake this meal instead lol.
What we are diving into today is baked salmon, baked beans, boiled sweet corn, corn tortilla or taco, dark green salad mix, natural salad dressing, avocado, and super fruit blueberries.
Yes, this will take a good hour before you get to indulge, but it is worth it.
Baked beans can be made in bulk, but please follow your most favorite recipe to do so. Depending on your cookware will depend on your cooking time. Pressure cookers can have you eating beans in as little as 15 minutes up to 1 hour. Old school boiling will be at least 2-4 hours, and baked beans could be days, just kidding, about the same as boiling.
Baked salmon takes about 4-6 minutes per minute of thickness.
Boiling sweet corn to make the salsa is key to this recipe. Once ready just add your favorite salsa to bring up the flavor boost.
Blueberries are raw, flavorful, and great for your health. Yes, they go over the mixed greens in your salad.
The whole object to this getting this dish perfected is to flavor the salmon and beans lightly. The full taste will come from the corn salsa and salad dressing, oh and the avocado. I almost forgot!
Everyone forgets to add avocado, which is great for the heart, and man it could make or break a meal.
We have good fats, protein, micro-nutrients. This is going to fill you up, keep your sugar steady, help your mood, and is easy on the pocketbook.
BAM, Boom, and Voila’
Lets take care of ourselves. It can be done. Get out there and be active.
