Do you remember when you lost your virginity? It probably was nothing like what you’ve seen in the movie “50 shades of Grey.” The exaggerated love affair between a control freak and a “submissive” young college girl. This movie had everyone in the theater laughing for the first 40 minutes. The reason being is because it appears to be the story of a stalker seeking a piece of the virgin pie. Of course as a female, we all know what that looks like. Maybe we all didn’t experience it when we lost our virginity but we certainly have experienced it at some point in our lives.
“I don’t do romance. My tastes’ are very singular…you wouldn’t understand!”
The movie basically highlights the typical actions of a man trying to get laid and have control over a woman. It sort of looks like a ‘friends with benefits’ relationship. Where usually one person ends up actually getting emotionally attached when they shouldn’t have. Only the movie becomes a bigger joke when entrepreneur, Christian Grey shows Anastasia Steele to his private room with chains and whips. Hey for a virgin, you have to admit she handled it nonchalantly. After presenting Anastasia with a contract to be his sex slave, the entire movie becomes far from realistic. Okay, its’ possible that someone can present you with such a contract, but who the heck would really accept that?
