Annnnnnnnnnnnnd, I’M BACK!
Mind, soul, and body content. You too can have this same feeling for only $19.99 plus shipping. Hate those infomercials Ha.
So guess what day it is, besides Monday, it’s the last day of spring and 1st day of…. Summer. Did I just say and did you just read what I wrote? It’s F***ing Summer! YAAAAAS.
Three things about it officially being a season of hot weather is 1 it’s hot ?, 2 you must stay hydrated ?,  and 3 you technically eat less, but better food seems to always be available. So why not fuse that amazing summer food with amazing drinks.

Water, a source full of oxygen and minerals to help you stay hydrated, focused, attentive, functionality, and sleep. Wow. Seriously. That was straight from the noggin.

Some people say, “I love water as it is!”
Some say, “I can’t drink too much unless I add lemon.” And that’s great.
I’ve heard some others add, “it hurts my stomach and I can’t drink water.”
Wow, just wow. No comment.

Here’s an oldie but goodie take on water and it’s endless possibilities.

In my order of taste preference:
1) Water and squeezed lime, yes. Better than lemon. Hmm I should try lemon and lime. Good idea, thumbs up, thanks guys.
2) Water with sliced cucumber and orange
3) Kiwi and sliced strawberry

Bam, Boom, and Voilá!

Infuse these bad boys for a light, delightful, and pure spin on your average water intake.

Thanks for stopping by and please do chime in with any comments or concerns.
